Pricing
The models run on machines you already own. Personal use is entirely free, and only relayed traffic is ever metered. Plans are per space — one fleet with its own devices and members. To upgrade one, sign in, pick the space, and upgrade it from its Settings: the payment lands on the space you picked.
Let's talk
For an organisation that cannot depend on a coordinator it does not run.

What the allowance meters
Only relayed traffic — the minority of connections that cannot reach a machine directly. Direct connections spend nothing however much runs over them, and nothing else is metered: no tokens, no images, no charge that grows with how hard you work your own hardware.
If a plan lapses
Your machines keep serving — they run on your hardware and nothing reaches into them. What stops is adding new devices or inviting new members until the plan is renewed.
If something breaks
Write to us and a person reads it. No response time is promised on the free tier, and we would rather say so than publish one nothing measures. Write to hello@corewire.ai. On Pro: Write to us and a person reads it, ahead of the free tier's queue. No response time is promised yet — when one is, it will be because something measures it.
In the app, Settings → Account → Save report writes a file describing this machine's state — versions, hardware, what is running. It carries nothing you have generated and no credentials. Attaching it answers most of the first round of questions.

Talk to us about Enterprise
Enterprise has no checkout, deliberately: we would rather learn what a compliance function actually needs from a conversation than guess at it in a subscription. Outgrowing Team fits here too. A message reaches a person.
