Terms of service

Effective 30 August 2026

1 · Who and what

These terms are between you and Gooey Technologies Limited, a New Zealand limited company (company number 9395690, NZBN 9429053355720) with its registered office at 579d New North Road, Kingsland, Auckland 1021, New Zealand (“Corewire”, “we”). They cover the Corewire software you install on your machines and the hosted service behind it: your account, the coordination of your devices into a private network, the relay, and the web panel.

2 · Your machines, your work

The software runs on hardware you own. Prompts, outputs and models stay on your devices; whatever you make with Corewire is yours. The models our catalogue offers are third-party works under their own licences — published alongside each entry where the publisher states one — and complying with a model’s licence is between you and its publisher.

What a model produces is machine-generated and never passes through our hands: we do not see it, do not review it, and cannot warrant that it is accurate, original, lawful or fit for any purpose. An output is not advice — professional, medical, legal, financial or otherwise. Review it before relying on it; what you generate, and what you then do with it, is your responsibility alone.

3 · Your account

Keep your email address current and your credentials to yourself; multi-factor authentication is available in the panel and we suggest it. You are responsible for the devices you enrol and for the people you invite into your spaces, and whatever is done from your account or your enrolled devices counts as done by you.

4 · Plans

A plan applies to one space — upgrading a space does not change any other space you belong to.

Relay traffic per month3 GB10 GB50 GB

Direct device-to-device traffic is never metered; only traffic riding our relay counts, and the app warns you while it is. Enterprise plans are agreed individually — write to hello@corewire.ai. We may change these ceilings with notice; never retroactively against a paid period.

5 · Paying, lapsing, refunds

Pro and Team are sold by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record: they handle payment, invoices and applicable taxes under their own terms. If your plan lapses: “Your machines keep serving — they run on your hardware and nothing reaches into them. What stops is adding new devices or inviting new members until the plan is renewed.

Refunds: request one within 60 days of a charge — Lemon Squeezy’s standard policy, handled by them as merchant of record. Statutory rights, including the 14-day withdrawal right consumers in the EU hold for digital services, are untouched by this and in every case the longer window applies.

6 · Acceptable use

Use Corewire lawfully. Do not abuse the hosted paths — the relay, the sign-in mail, the enquiry form — or attempt to reach another customer’s spaces or devices. Good-faith security research is welcome through security@corewire.ai and /.well-known/security.txt, within the disclosure policy published there. That policy’s scope — testing against your own account, your own devices and your own space — is the extent of our assurance; within it we will not come after you, beyond it these terms waive none of our legal rights, and probing devices or spaces that are not yours is an attack on a customer, not research. We may suspend an account for abuse of the hosted service, with notice unless the abuse is ongoing.

7 · What we promise, and what not yet

This is a young service, and these terms promise no more than it can keep. Support is by email, best-effort; the current commitment per plan is published on the pricing page, and no response time is promised on any tier. There is no uptime, availability or service-level commitment of any kind: the hosted service may change, pause or be interrupted. The design limits what an outage can take from you — your devices keep working with each other without the hosted parts; what pauses is what only the hosted service provides.

When the hosted service is interrupted, we will make reasonable efforts to restore it. That effort is the whole of our commitment and your only remedy: there are no service credits and no compensation for downtime. We are likewise not responsible for interruption caused by matters outside our reasonable control — an upstream provider’s failure, an attack on our infrastructure, or events no one controls.

8 · Liability

The software and the hosted service are provided as is and as available, under the warranties the law implies and no further ones. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss of any kind — loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, or data, including model files, artifacts and history, which live on your devices and are yours to back up — nor for what a model generates or for anything done in reliance on it — and our total liability under these terms, however arising, is capped at the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim and US$50. If you acquire the service for business purposes, you agree that New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply. You indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the service — your devices, your models and your outputs are under your control, not ours.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded — including our liability for intent or gross negligence, and the statutory rights of consumers, which no paragraph above touches.

9 · Leaving, and being asked to leave

You can delete your account in the panel at any time, taking an export with you; shared spaces you leave keep standing for their members. We can end these terms — or discontinue the hosted service altogether — for any reason or none, with thirty days’ notice to your account email and no obligation to explain; a termination for abuse under section 6 can be immediate. If we discontinue the service, unused time on a paid plan is refunded pro rata, and that refund is the whole of what discontinuation owes you: your machines and everything on them are yours and keep working, and what ends is the hosted coordination.

10 · The software's licence

The software is licensed, not sold. Components we publish under an open-source licence carry that licence; the licence text accompanying each release governs that release.

11 · Changes and law

We will announce material changes to these terms by email before they take effect; continuing to use the service after the date given accepts them, and if you do not accept them you can leave under section 9. These terms are governed by New Zealand law; consumers keep the mandatory protections of their own country, and disputes go to the courts the law designates.
